Every few days I hope to share some ideas for both children and adults, ideas to enhance well-being and ease anxiety. 

They will be simple ideas/prompts requiring a few basics for colouring in, or you can encourage you children to draw/write/ create your own without a template which will be even more enjoyable. 

Feeling safe is key to a child’s mental health and having this positive affirmation up on the wall is a helpful reminder. Do several and put them up in every room!I really hope they help in some way.

I know how valuable these words can be, so why not colour them in?!
